Examined for settlement in St Martin in the Fields, 6 March 1740.  Aged 27.  Born in Scotland, but in London by at least c.1738 when she was hired as  servant by Benjamin Southerland in Sheltons Court, Bradford Bury.  Left that employment about three months previously.
