Minister of Chirnside (1653), but fled Scotland after admitting 'immorality' (1658).  Later briefly vicar of Hundon, Suffolk, before being ejected on account of the Act of Uniformity (1662).  Subsequently preached in a variety of locations in Essex and Suffolk.  Emigrated to Jamaica (1685).
