Examined for settlement in St Martin in the Fields, 23 December 1737. Aged 70. Born in Edinburgh, but came to London as a joiner c.1716. Has lodged in Bedford Bury since then. Currently in the workhouse. Has a son, aged 21, who is an apprentice weaver in at Cripplegate.
