Examined for settlement in St Martin in the Fields, 13 February 1744. Aged 26. Servant to Mr Catanach, wine merchant in Church Lane. Delivered of an illegitimate daughter, January 1744, in St Martin in the Fields. Claims the child was conceived in April 1743 in the house of Mr Catanach's mother in Aberdeen, and that the father is fellow servant Francis Silver.
