Mentioned in the settlement examination of his wife, Mary, at St Martin in the Fields, 21 August 1757. Born in the Highlands, but in London by c.1752, when he married at the Fleet. Currently abroad, possibly as a soldier, leaving a son, Hector (b.c.1756).
