20 years old. From 'Eadlefagon', East Lothian. Formerly a servant in East Lothian, now a drover in the service of George Macfarlane in Scotland. Returning from Faith's Fair in London approximately five months previously, he suffered a 'quotidian ague', and was forced to beg from Sleaford, Lincolnshire to Bedale.
