Examined for settlement in St Martin in the Fields, 17 November 1732. Aged about 47. Wife of chapman Hardy, John (London), whom she married in Edinburgh, c.1707. Has been in London since at least c.1723, when John died. Initially rented rooms in Hemmings Row for £13 per year in rent. Daughter, Eleanor (b.c.1720) is in service.
