Examined for settlement in St Martin in the Fields, 24 September 1743. Aged 15. Born in Scotland, but in London by c.1739 as a servant to Mrs Ogilvie in Cecil Court. Left service at the beginning of summer 1743 to return to Scotland for her health, but subsequently returned to London.
