Examined for settlement in St Clement Danes, 14 November 1761. Aged 25. Originally from Scotland. Lodging in the house of Mr Watson, watchmaker near Temple Bar, presumably as his servant. Delivered of an illegitimate son, November 1761, whom she claims was conceived with Dougal Mackenley, a carpenter (and possibly a Scot) lodging at an alehouse known as 'the sign of the man in the moon' in St Clement Danes.
