Mentioned in the settlement examination of his widow, Mary, at St Martin in the Fields, 19 October 1728. Originally from Scotland, where he trained as a stay-maker (corset-maker). Married Mary at the Fleet, c.1726, and with her had one son, a journeyman stay-maker. Died c.1726.
