Examination of John Clark, alias Mark Camel: has been told he was base born child in Muddyburn, Inverness, & lived there until the death of his mother when he was aged seven - then went with his father who was in the Army until he was 13 when his father who was discharged & set up selling hardware for 4 or 5 years - then took his father's goods & has been selling them ever since: has wife Jane & 4 children whom he left 2 weeks ago at the Swan in Worcester kept by one Davis.
