Examined for settlement in St Martin in the Fields, 11 December 1728. Aged about 40. Born in Scotland, but came to London c.1713 and worked as a hired servant. Most recently employed by Mrs Rays in George Street, where she received £4 per year in wages, plus food and lodging. Left this employment c.September 1727, and has not worked as servant since. Currently lodging in Church Lane.
