Wife of Veitch, William. As a result of marriage to a Presbyterian minister, frequently lived outside of Scotland on the move. Migrated to England living at Hanham Hall, Northumberland (1672–7), Stanton Hall in the same county (1677–85), and Newcastle (1685–8). Returned to Dumfries (1688) with her husband. Died 1722.
